1. Cost for 30 days' treatment with the lowest usual adult dosage, according to AWP or HCFA listings in Drug Topics Red Book 2000 and September Update. Retail prices may be higher or lower, depending on the pharmacy and the patient's insurance coverage.
2. Approved by the FDA only for children with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome.

4. Dosage is 100 to 400 mg for adults and 1 to 5 mg/kg (max. 200 mg/d) for children when given with valproate.
