þ Nontoxic Antibiotics:
 - Quinolone drops are less ototoxic than aminoglycosides (e.g., moxifloxacin
   ophthalmic=Vigamox, or ofloxacin=Ocuflox; can put eyedrops in the ear but
   not eardrops in the eye, so most hospital pharmacies just carry the
   ophthalmic).
 - Amoxicillin and ceftazidime (Fortaz, Tazicef) and ticarcillin
 - No gent, tobra, neomycin!
