 - Acute MI
 - Brugada Syndrome
 - Hypothermia
 - LVH
 - aneurysm
 - pericarditis
 - myocarditis
 - early repolarization

 þ Brugada Syndrome
 - Inherited, mostly in East Asians
 - Marked ST elevation in 3 leads, RSR' in V1 V2
 - Sometimes treated with AICD, as can get spontaneous VF
 - If resting EKG has ST elevation, considered bad prognosis
   ("non-spontaneous") and needs AICD
