þ GYN exam in the ED or not?
 - If the patient claims sexual abuse that was more than 72 hours ago, CHOP
   ED defers the exam to a special abuse center on an outpatient basis

 - Even if the sexual abuse was now, according to Dr. Eric Tham, they still
   defer the exam, as well as any treatment for STDs, until the exam by their
   Child Advocacy Center.
