þ Toxic Synovitis of Hip
 - Kocher criteria:
  + inability to weight bear
  + Temp > 38.5 (101.3)
  + ESR > 40mm/hr
  + WBC >12,000
  If don't have any of these, less than 0.2% chance of septic arthritis and
  is likely toxic synovitis (noninfectious)
  other signs of septic hip include pain down the leg, held
  in one position, infants may have pseudoparalysis.
  Effusion present in both toxic synovitis and septic joint.

þ Septic Joint:
 - should have cloudy fluid, ^WBC >75% PMNs, glucose only 30% of blood.
 - < 5 years: used to be H. Flu, but now mostly staph in all ages,
   worry about MRSA
