þ Differences between adult and pediatric normal EKGs
 - wider range of normal in peds
 - rate faster, PR and QRS intervals shorter
 - at birth, RVH is normal:
  + RAD
  + R waves to the right, and deep S waves to the left, in precordial leads
 - T waves often inverted farther across the precordium in peds, as per this
   table from Marriott's Practical Interpretation of EKGs that illustrates the
   number of inversions in normal EKGs (note inversions in V4 rare):
