Ovarian Torsion
                                ===============

þ Presentation
 - Classic:  sudden onset of severe one-sided pain
 - However, may get only partial torsion with pain but not ischemic; ovary has
   arterial supply both from aorta via renal and from uterus.

þ Risk factors:
 - Large ovarian cysts, solid tumors, polycystic ovaries

þ Diagnosis
 - "regular" ultrasound will show complete torsion, with edema
 - CT
 - MRI
 - 2D Duplex color Doppler (however, can generate enough heat to cause
   problems for fetus)
