Heel Fractures
                        ==============

þ Bohler's angle
 - measured on the lateral foot x-ray.
 - formed by the intersection of a line from the posterior to the
   middle facet and a line from the anterior to the middle facet.
 - normally between 25 and 45 degrees.
 - if under 25 degrees (or more than 5 degrees smaller than that of
   the uninjured side) suggests a fracture.
