        motor predominates over sensory
        plasmapheresis indicated in most cases
        prime findings are decreased DTR's and increased protein in CSF

Tick paralysis:  several species, must be attached, usually scalp, usually
DESCENDing

Arsenic poisoning (especially in young people)
Botulism
