Prolonged QT Syndrome

 - low Mg++
 - low Ca++
 - drugs
 - congenital
 
þ EKG features
 - usually see prolonged T wave
 - if see prolonged ST segment instead: hypothermia or low Ca+

þ And syncope
 - Can mimic breath-holding spell syncope (syncope after minor injury) but
   eventually be fatal
