HYGEN description

        HYGEN is a DOS-based hypertext system offering easy, rapid, and
        intuitive access to information.  The key concepts are:

                DOS-based ...... Runs under DOS, Windows, or LAN environments
                hypertext ...... Information with links to related elements
                easy ........... 4 arrow keys are sufficient to operate
                rapid .......... Jumps between elements take 1/10 of a second
                intuitive ...... Consequence of selecting each link is obvious
                access ......... Finds what you want in 10 keystrokes or less
