 - AKA Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangtasia
 - Acanthosis Nigricans including of the tongue
 - Associated with tumors
  + 2/3 of those tumors are GI
  + 2/3 of the GI tumors are in the stomach
 - endocrinopathies
 - familial obesity
