Mouth Corners -- Dermatology
                ============================

þ Perioral dermatitis:  occurs mostly in young women, micropapules proceeding
  to papules and vesicles
  Rx with metronidazole 0.75% gel or erythro 2.0% gel.
  Steroids make it worse.

þ Angular chelitis = perleche (from the Frenche pour lecher, to lick):
  candidal inflammation of the corners of the mouth.  Treat with Nystatin.

þ Burns:  consider electrical burn in small kids
