 - Potassium Iodide Mucolytic Agent, SSKI (supersaturated potassium iodide) in
   flavored syrup
 - dose: 35 mg KI/kg daily, in divided doses:
  + children under 3: 2.5 cc TID
  + children over 3: 5 cc TID
  + adult: 5-10 cc TID (take 6-8 oz water with each dose)
 - (drug info notes that enteric KI tablets can cause enteric strictures, very
   hard to diagnose)
 - side effects:  GI mostly, sometimes allergy, sometimes metallic taste
