þ ACLS Medications via ET tube:  NAVEL
  Narcan
  Atropine
  Valium
  Epinephrine
  Lidocaine

þ ET drugs are absorbed by bronchial veins, not in alveoli.

þ Dosage must be increased by factor of 2-3x.

þ Over 5-10cc causes hypoxia.  Less than 5cc comes back to normal 
  in aobut 1 minute.
