Eczema

þ Dyshidrosis (dyshidrotic eczema, pomphylox)
 - used to be thought to be plugged sweat glands, now found to be localized
   edema in the epidermis
 - often along sides of fingers, on palms and soles
 - final common pathway for many diseases, including allergic contact
   dermatitis (e.g., poison ivy) or atopic eczema
