Drug Hypersitivity
                        ==================
þ DRESS: drug hypersensitivity syndrome Drug Rash, Eosinophilia, 
  systemic symptoms
 - morbilliform rash (not indication for stopping drug if 
   isolated)
 - DRESS has hematuria, rarely bone marrow involvement, 
   lymphadenopathy                        
 - can get up to 8 weeks after stopping drug
 - Dilantin, Phenobarb, Tegretol, sulfa, Imuran, allopurinol, 
   minocycline
 - unsure if steroids help, but 30 mg a day might be reasonable
 - if no lymphadenopathy, no fever, LFTs OK, no need to treat for 
   DRESS.
