 - 20,000 patients
 - streptokinase 1.5 million units over 3 H vs. tPA 100 mg over 3H, with or
   without heparin 12,500 units BID starting 12 hours after therapy.
þ Results:
 - 6-month mortality:
   tPA:         11.8%
   tPA+heparin: 12.8%
   strepto:     12.4%
   str+heparin: 11.1%
   overall was 12% compared to 17% in controls.
